Treating Fee. The Treating Fee will be an amount per Mcf of Gas delivered hereunder at each Receipt Point equal to the result of the following formula: [*](A-B) = the Treating Fee, where A = The molecular percentage of Acid Gas contained in Producer’s Gas delivered hereunder (rounded to the nearest percent, “0.5” will be rounded up.)

Treating Fee. In the event the Gas received at a Receipt Point contains a Hydrogen Sulfide content greater than the contract specification contained on Exhibit “C-1” hereof, and BUYER elects to accept and treat such gas for the removal of Hydrogen Sulfide, BUYER shall deduct from payments due SELLER a gas treating fee of thirty five cents ($.35) per Mcf received at such Receipt Point. However, nothing herein shall obligate BUYER to accept Gas containing Hydrogen Sulfide in excess of the maximum specification contained on Exhibit “C-I” hereof.
Treating Fee. In the event the nitrogen content, the carbon dioxide content and/or the hydrogen sulfide content of the Gas does not meet the Quality Specifications, Gatherer may elect to blend or treat the Gas for Shipper, in which event Shipper shall pay Gatherer the fee set forth in each Individual Transaction Confirmation for such blending or treating service (the "Treating Fee"). Otherwise, Shipper shall, at its sole cost and expense, blend or treat the Gas in order to meet the Gatherer’s carbon dioxide and/or hydrogen sulfide specifications. Shipper agrees to furnish its prorata share of Fuel (or the percentage set forth on the Individual Transaction Confirmation) for the treating services provided by Gatherer at no cost to Gatherer.
Treating Fee i. Buyer and Seller agree that for the first 18,000 Mcf/d of Seller’s Delivery Capacity delivered at the Point(s) of Delivery, Buyer shall receive a treating fee of $1.50 per Mcf. This fee will remain in effect from the effective date hereof through September 30, 2010. One-quarter (1/4) of this treating fee will be adjusted using the Producer Price Index for Industrial Commodities (“PPI”) every January 1st during the Term hereof commencing on January 1, 2006, and one-quarter (1/4) of this treating fee will be adjusted using the CPI every January 1st during the Term hereof commencing on January 1, 2006. ii. Buyer and Seller agree that for any gas volumes in excess of 18,000 Mcf/d of Seller’s Delivery Capacity delivered at the Point(s) of Delivery, Buyer shall receive a treating fee of $1.10 per Mcf. Beginning October 1, 2010, the fee of $1.10 per Mcf shall be charged for all of Seller’s Delivery Capacity delivered at the Point(s) of Delivery. One-quarter (1/4) of this treating fee will be adjusted using the PPI every January 1st during the Term hereof commencing on January 1, 2006, and one-quarter (1/4) of this treating fee will be adjusted using the CPI every January 1st during the Term hereof commencing on January 1, 2006.
Treating Fee. If treating of the Gas is required, Owner and Gatherer shall negotiate a mutually agreeable treating fee.

Otherwise, Producer shall, at its sole cost and expense, blend or treat the Gas in order to meet the Company’s carbon dioxide and/or hydrogen sulfide specifications. Producer agrees to furnish its prorata share of fuel for the treating services provided by Company at no cost to Company.

Treating Fee. During any Month that the weighted average by volume of Producer’s Processable Gas received at all Delivery Points exceeds 4ppm for hydrogen sulfide, then Producer shall pay to Processor the applicable Treating Fee set forth in Exhibit C for volumes at any Receipt Point that exceed 4ppm for hydrogen sulfide. Similarly, during any Month that the weighted average by volume of Producer’s Processable Gas received at all Delivery Points exceeds the Gas Quality Specification set forth in Exhibit D-1 for carbon dioxide, then Producer shall pay to Processor the applicable Treating Fee set forth in Exhibit C for volumes at any Receipt Point that exceed the Gas Quality Specifications set forth in Exhibit D-1 for carbon dioxide. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Producer shall not be required to pay more than one Treating Fee for Producer’s Processable Gas at a Receipt Point, and if Producer’s Processable Gas at any Receipt Point both exceeds 4ppm for hydrogen sulfide and does not meet the Gas Quality Specifications as set forth in Exhibit D-1 for carbon dioxide, only the Treating Fee which calculates to the largest resultant fee per Mcf for such Receipt Point shall apply.
Treating Fee. If any quantity of gas delivered by Shipper at the Receipt Point(s) contains more than two percent (2%) by volume of carbon dioxide, then Gatherer will provide treatment for such gas. As consideration for such treating services, Shipper shall pay to Gatherer the treating fee set forth on Exhibit C. The treating fee shall include all dehydration services performed hereunder.
Treating Fee. BUYER shall charge SELLER and deduct from payments due SELLER a “treating fee” of $.10/MCF for all Gas BUYER agrees to accept in excess of the quality specifications as listed in Exhibit “C”.
