Common use of Treatment of Employees Clause in Contracts

Treatment of Employees. 11.1 QGate has an internal policy against Harassment. Equally, Harassment of employees by any external party such as customers, suppliers, partners will not be tolerated. 11.1.1 Should such activity against any employee be reported and not immediately resolved, QGate reserve the right to suspend further provision under this agreement; and 11.1.2 Should resolution not be forthcoming within a reasonable period QGate reserve the right to terminate the agreement without any liability.
