Tri-Partite Panel (. “Panel”). As soon as possible after the execution of this Agreement the parties shall establish a three person panel, consisting of one Trustee designated by the Union, one Trustee designated by the Employer and the third person jointly selected by agreement of the parties’ designees.   • Joint Panel 18.3.1.1 A Panel consisting of five (5) members, three (3) permanent classroom teachers selected by the Association and two (2) administrators appointed by the District will administer the Peer Review and Enrichment Program. There shall also be two (2) teacher alternates, who shall be a permanent classroom teachers, and two (2) administrator alternates both to be trained and assume Panel duties if needed in the event of a conflict of interest or if a Panel member is unable to perform his/her duties. Alternates have the right to attend all Panel meetings. The chair of the Panel shall alternate annually between the District and the Association. A Panel member shall neither participate in discussion nor vote on any matter in which he/she has professional or personal conflict of interest.

  • Union Negotiating Committee (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Negotiating Committee that may include, as determined by the Union:

  • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement. The parties agree that a guiding principle for the Committee is that there shall be no discrimination between male and female employees wherein a person of one sex is paid more than a person of the other sex for similar or substantially similar work.

  • Hospital-Association Committee (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.

  • Local Negotiating Committee (a) A negotiating committee of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the union including the bargaining unit president.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Negotiating Committee The Hospital agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee comprised of representatives of the Association for the purpose of negotiating a renewal agreement. The number of nurses on the Negotiating Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. The Hospital agrees to pay members of the Negotiating Committee for time spent during regular working hours in negotiations with the Hospital for a renewal agreement up to, but not including, arbitration.

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.
