Trial License Grant. Red Oak hereby grants Evaluator a non-exclusive, non-transferable trial license to use the Software as defined below, but not to sell, transfer, or sublicense the Software, as follows:
Trial License Grant. In the event you obtained an evaluation version of the Software, you may use the Software for a limited time, solely to evaluate the suitability of the Software for your needs and for internal non-commercial purposes. Please note that evaluation version may add a watermark to all PDF outputs. Syncro reserves the right to restrict the availability of features within the evaluation version in comparison to what is available in the commercial version.
Trial License Grant. In the event you obtained an evaluation version of the Software, it may come with a Trial License Key that activates the Software for a limited time period (the "Trial Period"). You may use the Software during the Trial Period for internal non-commercial purposes, solely to evaluate the suitability of the Software for your needs. Please note that evaluation version may add a watermark to all PDF outputs. Upon the expiration of the Trial Period you must either purchase the Software or destroy the Software, documentation, all backup copies thereof, and all trial License Keys that you have obtained. If you do not purchase the Software prior to the expiration of the Trial Period, this Agreement, and all your rights and licenses hereunder will terminate at the expiration of the Trial Period. Syncro reserves the right to restrict the availability of features within the evaluation version in comparison to what is available in the commercial version.
Trial License Grant. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, CLO grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:
(a) save and use one copy of the Software on the hard disk of a single computer, which copy can be used only by you and by individuals under your direct supervision;
(b) make one copy of the Software for archival purposes;

You may use the Software during the Trial Period for internal noncommercial purposes, solely to evaluate the suitability of the Software for your needs. If you do not purchase the Software prior to the expiration of the Trial Period, this Agreement, and all your rights and licenses hereunder will terminate at the expiration of the Trial Period.
Trial License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a worldwide, non-transferable (and non-sublicensable), royalty-free, non- exclusive trial license at no charge to: download and install the Licensed Software on Licensee’s own premises and devices, and permit Licensee’s employees to use the Licensed Software, solely for Licensee’s own internal trial of the Licensed Software and not on behalf or for the benefit of any clients or third parties during the Trial Period (as defined in Section 2.2). The use of Licensed Software shall be limited to internal use of testing internal datasets of Licensee and shall not be used in any respect externally. For the purposes of this Agreement, the right to “use” the Licensed Software shall include the right to utilize, run, access, store, copy (with only one backup copy for Licensee’s own use to replace the primary copy in the event of hard-drive failure or other unavailability of the primary copy), and display the Licensed Software internally. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Licensor is entitled to grant licenses to the Licensed Software to third parties.
Trial License Grant. You are authorized to install and use the Software for the sole purpose of evaluating its functionality and performance. You may not integrate the Software into end products or use it for any commercial, productive or training purpose. You may not redistribute the Software. The term of the Trial License shall be 30 days.
Trial License Grant. Milieu Grotesque grants Licensee a non-exclusive license (“Trial License”) to install and use the Font Software for non- commercial trial purposes only. Installation and use of the Font Software is limited to one (1) workstation. Occasional printouts for test purposes are permitted. In particular, but without limitation, the Trial License does not permit any use of the Font Software for publishing or for creating printouts not required for test purposes, any embedding of the Font Software in documents, applications or devices (e.g. as a subset of the Font Software or as raster images such as GIF, JPEG, etc.), or any conversion of the Font Software (e.g. by using online font converters).
Trial License Grant. We make this Software available on a free trial basis for the purpose of evaluating the Software before purchasing paid licenses. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, a trial license confers a revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non- transferable limited license to use the Software for internal development and evaluation purposes in a single program or application for a period of fifteen (15) days. You are explicitly prohibited from redistributing the Software, allowing access to End Users, or removing any trial indicators, notifications, or markings. If you decide not to purchase a paid license this Agreement will terminate in accordance with section 9, Term and Termination, upon completion of the trial period.
