Common use of Trial Period and Non-certification Clause in Contracts

Trial Period and Non-certification. An employee who returns to a former class under the conditions of Article 12, Section 10 E or F shall accrue seniority as if continually employed in the former class.

Trial Period and Non-certification. An employee who returns to a former class under the 14 conditions of Article 12, Section 10 E or F shall accrue seniority as if continually employed 15 in the former class.
