Common use of Trial Period and Unsatisfactory Performance Clause in Contracts

Trial Period and Unsatisfactory Performance. All transferring Employees shall have a trial period of sixty (60) days for full-time Employees and ninety (90) days for part-time Employees. During this period, either the Employee or the Employer may decide that the Employee shall return to his/her previous classification.
