Trial Period for Internal Staff Changes. (a) A successful internal applicant for a position will be a trial employee for four hundred fifty-five (455) hours in the new position. In the event the applicant proves unsatisfactory in the position during the trial period the Employer may, after advising the Union, extend the period for a further four hundred fifty-five (455) hours.

Trial Period for Internal Staff Changes. ‌ A successful internal applicant for a position will be a trial employee for 455 hours in the new position. In the event the applicant proves unsatisfactory in the position during the trial period the Employer may, after advising the Union, extend the period for a further 455 hours. Where the Employer can clearly demonstrate a failure to meet the requirements of the new position, or if the employee wishes to return to their former position within the trial period, the employee shall be returned to their former position and wage or salary rate, without loss of seniority. Any other employee(s) affected by the rearrangement of positions shall be returned to their former position and wage or salary rate, without loss of seniority.

The Assuming Institution shall immediately notify the Receiver of any judgment in litigation involving any of the aforesaid special powers or rights.

  • Winding Up Affairs Upon Termination In the event that this Contract is terminated for any reason, the parties agree that the provisions of this paragraph survive termination:
