Trial Period. 3.01 Employees who move to a new bargaining unit/employer may be required to serve a trial period in accordance with the Collective Agreement in the receiving facility. If unsuccessful in the trial period, the employee shall return to the Central Redeployment List and to the recall list of the sending employer.
