Common use of Trial Subject Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Trial Subject Enrollment. Each of Institution and Principal Investigator has agreed to enroll Trial Subjects in the Trial in accordance with the Protocol and in accordance with IEC and Competent Authority approvals. Sponsor may discontinue Trial Subject enrollment if the total enrollment needed for a multi-center Trial has been achieved, if applicable. 7.
