Trips. 6.5.6.1 Trip hours will be awarded weekly. 6.5.6.2 Additional/Trip hours are the responsibility of the assigned driver and swapping or giving trip hours to another driver by an employee will not be permitted. 6.5.6.3 The beginning of a trip is marked by when a driver has begun their pre-trip. 6.5.6.4 In the event trip hours are cancelled after the driver has started the trip, on scheduled school days, the driver shall be paid for two (2) hours or negative route time, whichever is greater, unless the driver is able to complete her/his regular run. On non-school days the driver shall receive four (4) hours report time.
