Trust Reputation Manager. 4.5.1 Description of problem and challenges As 5G deployment is carried out, some mechanisms are required to ensure the trust and reliability of both the underlying infrastructure and services and applications deployed on it. Therefore, it is mandatory to develop a system capable of calculating, from both historical and live data, how reliable a cloud (or a service) is. This becomes more relevant on 5G scenarios, since a client will be able to know how reliable the infrastructure on which its services are being deployed is, and a Cloud Service of Provider (CSP) will be able to know the reliability of the services that will be deployed on it. An important issue is not only the need to quantify the reliability but also offering valuable and trustable information in a non-repudiated and auditable way. For that purpose, the use of Smart Contracts is useful to perform the required operations.   • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties. The Committee shall meet quarterly, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting.   • Sponsor The Sponsor is authorized to prepare, or cause to be prepared, execute and deliver on behalf of the Trust, any such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions as it shall be the duty of the Trust or the Owner Trustee to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to the Basic Documents. Upon written request, the Owner Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Sponsor a limited power of attorney appointing the Sponsor as the Trust’s agent and attorney-in-fact to prepare, or cause to be prepared, execute and deliver any such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.
