Required Operations. 1. Operate and maintain one or more active FAA certified aircraft based at the airport that is eligible for self-fueling per FAA guidelines.
Required Operations. Tenant shall conduct its business at all times in a first-class, professional and businesslike manner consistent with reputable business standards and practices, and such that a high reputation of the Center is developed and enhanced. Tenant shall operate the Premises continuously, actively and diligently in a good faith manner designed to maximize Gross Sales. Tenant shall keep the Premises adequately staffed with well-trained personnel for efficient first class service, and adequately stocked with new "in season" merchandise in good condition and displayed in a professional and tasteful manner. Tenant agrees that storage and office space in the Premises shall be limited to that necessary for, and used in conjunction with, the business provided in Article 1 to be conducted in the Premises. Sales and services permitted under Article 1 shall be provided only on a retail basis to the general public. Tenant shall not use the Premises for catalogue sales.
Required Operations. Lessee shall conduct its business at all times in a first-class, professional and businesslike manner consistent with the business standards and practices of similarly situated businesses in the marina industry. The foregoing does not prohibit Lessee from temporarily restricting access to portions of the Premises to conduct maintenance and repairs. Lessee agrees that the storage and office space at the marina shall be limited to that necessary for, and used only in conjunction with, the operation of the marina and the performance of Lessee’s obligations under this Lease.
Required Operations. The proposed Beer Garden would operate Wednesdays (one day per week) beginning July 5th through August 9th when the Lakeside summer concert series is taking place, weather permitting. Food will be available for purchase at the Concession stand. No food will be served/sold within the Beer Garden. Hours of operation: 5:30pm-8:15pm, ending fifteen minutes prior to close of concert. Bathrooms at Veterans’ Memorial Park Beach will be accessible to Beer Garden patrons. The Respondent will set up an agreed designated, confined and restricted enclosed (snow fencing recommended) area where alcohol is permitted and closely monitored. If bathrooms need to be accessed, patron must bring ID and have wristband on for re-entry. • Access to the Beer Garden will be clearly defined. • Beer garden patrons who are over 21 or older will be given a non-transferable wrist band and alcohol will be served in an identifiable, easily distinguishable cup. • Wristbands will be provided by Respondent. • Per ABCC regulations, each wrist-band wearing patron will only be allowed to purchase two drinks at a time. • All alcohol must be consumed within this fenced-in area. • Respondent may not sell, furnish or give beer/wine to anyone who is obviously intoxicated. • Respondent will post signage about liquor laws (including under age consumption). • Respondent must have one staff member stationed at the entrance and exit to ensure no one brings in or leaves with any alcoholic beverages. • All beers must be consumed inside the Beer Garden. Signage will be posted. • The Respondent will secure liquor liability insurance with the Town named as additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000, with dates of each week (example included).
Required Operations. Lessee shall operate as a commercial for hire ground transportation operation consistence with airport rules and regulations, the State of Colorado regulations and FAA regulations, regarding the ground transportation of passengers.
