TTY Access. TTY-capable wireless Products (also known as TDD or Text Telephone) may not function effectively when attempting 911 calls due to the limitations of the answering agency. A TTY-capable wireless device should not be relied on for 911 calls.

TTY Access. A TTY (also known as XXXX or Text Telephone) is a telecommunications device that allows people who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who have speech or language disabilities, to communicate by telephone. CREDO offers TTY-compatible mobile phones. To make a call to a TTY user, you may access nationwide “711” by dialing 711 on your CREDO phone. You will be connected to a TARS Communications Assistant who will relay your conversation in strictest confidentiality. The Communications Assistant often uses a Text Telephone (TTY/TTD) and has been trained to help conversations flow accurately and with ease. Pay-Per-Call Services We will not complete calls from your number to 900, 976 and similar numbers for pay-per-call services.

  • Party Access Each Party shall supply information to the other Party as required by this Agreement. Information shall be treated as Confidential Information under this Agreement if (i) it has been clearly marked or otherwise designated as “Confidential information” by the Party supplying the information, or (ii) it is information designated as Confidential Information by applicable provisions of the ISO Tariffs; provided, however, Confidential Information does not include information: (i) in the public domain or that has been previously publicly disclosed without violation of this Agreement, (ii) required by law to be publicly submitted or disclosed (with notice to the other Party), or (iii) necessary to be divulged in an action to enforce this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Section to the contrary, the NTO shall not have a right hereunder to receive or review any documents, data or other information of another Market Participant or the ISO, including documents, data or other information provided to the ISO, to the extent such documents, data or information have been designated as confidential pursuant to the procedures specified in the ISO Tariffs or to the extent that they have been designated as confidential by such other Market Participant; provided, however, that the NTO may receive and review any composite documents, data and other information that may be developed based on such confidential documents, data or information if the composite does not disclose any individual Market Participant’s confidential data or information.

  • Facility Access Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the Customer shall provide the Authority with such access to the Facility, and such documentation, as the Authority deems necessary to determine the Customer’s compliance with the Customer’s Supplemental Commitments specified in this Schedule B.

  • Third Party Access 6.1 You can instruct a TPP to access information on your Account or initiate certain Transactions from your Account provided such TPP has identified itself to us and it has acted in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements. We will treat any instruction from an TPP as if it was from you or an Account Manager.

  • Property Access Customer hereby grants NCSWD the right to enter its property to the extent necessary to perform Collection Services.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Customer Access The Customer is responsible for the access to the Cloud Services and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its access methods such as usernames and passwords and agrees to notify the Supplier via the Cloud Services support channel if a password is compromised. The Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under its Account.

  • Open Access Same-Time Information System (OASIS): The information system and standards of conduct contained in Part 37 and Part 38 of the Commission’s regulations and all additional requirements implemented by subsequent Commission orders dealing with OASIS.
