Tuition and Fees. 4.5.1 The Charter School shall not charge tuition or fees of any kind as a condition of enrollment. 4.5.2 The Charter School shall not impose any fees that a school district would be prohibited from imposing. 4.5.3 Nothing in this section shall be interpreted to prohibit a Charter School from imposing fees that a school district would be permitted to impose.
