Common use of Tuition Waivers Clause in Contracts

Tuition Waivers. The University’s Tuition remission benefits for adjunct faculty members and part time instructors as reflected at the University’s Human Resources Website are attached hereto as Addendum D and shall remain in effect except as provided herein. Should the University alter the Tuition remission benefits for full-time faculty (attached as Addendum E), the University shall have the option to reopen negotiations with the Union on this topic only. Should the parties be unable to reach an agreement, they shall submit their dispute to binding Interest Arbitration before Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Esq. The parties shall share the arbitrator’s fees and expenses. If Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Esq. is unavailable to serve, the parties shall select an arbitrator through the services of the AAA utilizing the list-only procedure.
