Common use of Turnaround Clause in Contracts

Turnaround. (a) The Producer shall provide a turnaround period of no less than ten (10) hours between the last work hour of the Technician on one (1) day and the first (1st) work hour of the Technician on the next day, with the exception of the Transportation Department which shall have nine (9) hours. (b) For a five (5) day shooting schedule, the turnaround period over a weekend (end of the work week) will be fifty (50) hours. For a six (6) day shooting schedule, the turnaround over a weekend (end of the work week) will be thirty-two (32) hours.
