Twelve-Month Period Defined. The Salem Public Schools counts the twelve (12) month period for Availability of leave under the FMLA by the means described at 29 C.F.R. 825.200(b)(3), viz., “[t]he 12- month period measured forward from the date any employee’s first FMLA leave [for approvable reasons] begins…” This calculation of the 12-month period for use of paternity leave, as described in paragraph 1, above, or family illness leave, as described in paragraph 2, above, or both, as described in paragraph 3, above, shall be that used by the Salem Public Schools to calculate FMLA leave.”

  • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement.   • Meal Period ‌ A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts or which provides for staggered lunch periods within a craft or trade. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.
