(12) HOUR SHIFT SCHEDULE (See attached schedule) A) Procedures for filling both scheduled and unscheduled relief requirements will be continued. 1) Present procedures for reporting absences will be continued. The Shift Team Leader will determine if there are qualified people available at straight time rates. Off duty employees must also be available to work on their normal days off.
