Type of Records. The Reserve Provider must compile and maintain records concerning this Agreement, including the provision of reserve under a reserve contract, the operation and maintenance of reserve equipment, any procedures used in the performance of this Agreement or a reserve contract and all notices given or received by telephone in relation to this Agreement or a reserve contract and, in respect of reserve through the reduction of load, records of electricity supply and demand side management agreements or arrangements or any network support agreements or arrangements affecting the reserve including the time, duration, quantity and amount of demand response or other services supplied or activated under any such agreement or arrangement.
Type of Records. The Contractor shall maintain records related to this agreement that fully disclose and document: i. The amount and disposition by the Contractor of all funds received by it from the Commonwealth; ii. The total cost of the project or undertaking in connection with the project with which the funds are given or used; iii. The amount of that portion of cost of the project supplied by other sources; iv. All expenses, including payroll records, to ensure that costs reported on invoices are allowable, allocable, and reimbursable costs under the award; and, v. How the Contractor has separated grant expenditures in order to properly allocate costs to existing grants and ensure compliance with the requirements of the award.
Type of Records. A Party (in this clause 8 called the “Recording Party”) must maintain such records, data and other information as the other Party may from time to time by written notice in reasonable detail to the Recording Party reasonably require for the purpose of this Agreement or as may otherwise be reasonably necessary to enable the Parties to comply promptly and fully with obligations under this Agreement. Form and Retention The records referred to in clause 8.1 must be maintained in either written or electronic form. The Recording Party must maintain these records for so long as required by law or longer as otherwise agreed between the Parties.
Type of Records. The NSCAS Provider must compile and maintain reasonable records concerning this Agreement, including the delivery of NSCAS under this Agreement, the operation, maintenance and testing of NSCAS Equipment, any procedures used in the performance of this Agreement and all Communications given or received by telephone in relation to this Agreement.
Type of Records. Each licensee is required to maintain a complete record of all fuel purchased, received and used in the conduct of its business. These records shall contain, but not be limited to, the date of each receipt of fuel; the name and address of the person from whom purchased or received; the number of gallons or liters received; the type of fuel; and the vehicle or equipment into which the fuel was placed. In addition, all licensees shall maintain detailed distance records which show operations on an individual vehicle basis. These records shall contain, but not be limited to, both taxable and non- taxable use of fuel; distance travelled for taxable and non-taxable use; and distance recaps for each vehicle for each jurisdiction in which the vehicle operated. An acceptable distance accounting system is necessary to substantiate the information reported on the tax return filed quarterly or annually. A licensees system at a minimum, must include distance date on each individual vehicle for each trip and be recapitulated in monthly fleet summaries. Supporting information should include the following documentation: 1) Date of trip (starting and ending); 2) Trip origin and destination; 3) Route of travel; 4) Beginning and ending odometer or hubodometer reading of the trip; 5) Total trip miles/kilometers; 6) Mile/kilometers by jurisdiction; 7) Unit number or vehicle identification number; 8) Vehicle fleet number; 9) Registrant's name; and 10) Any additional information required by the base jurisdiction.
Type of Records. Generator must maintain, or procure that TNSP and AusNet Services each maintain, the records, data and other information detailed in Schedule 4 (each of which is a record for the purposes of clause 27 of the PCCD).

Type of Records. The Capacity Provider must compile and maintain records concerning this Agreement, including, where relevant: (a) the provision of Services under this Agreement; (b) the operation and maintenance of reserve equipment; (c) data from metering, measurement, supervisory and electronic data processing systems; (d) any procedures used in the performance of this Agreement; (e) all notices given or received by telephone in relation to this Agreement; and, (f) in respect of Services provided through load reduction, records of electricity supply and demand side management agreements or arrangements or any network support agreements or arrangements affecting the Service, including the time, duration, quantity and amount of demand response or other services supplied or activated under any such agreement or arrangement.
