UEmployee Status Pending Decision by Governing Board. With the exception of an employee placed on short-term suspension or administrative leave, the recommended disciplinary action shall not take effect until the Governing Board takes action. The employee against whom disciplinary action has been recommended shall remain on active duty status and shall be responsible for fulfilling the duties of the position pending a decision by the Board unless otherwise stated in these rules.
