UIFN RATES Sample Clauses

The UIFN Rates clause defines the pricing structure for calls made using Universal International Freephone Numbers (UIFNs). Typically, this clause specifies the rates that will be charged for inbound or outbound UIFN calls, often distinguishing between different countries or call types. For example, it may set out per-minute charges for calls originating from various regions or outline any surcharges that apply. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and agreement on the costs associated with UIFN services, thereby preventing disputes over billing and clarifying financial obligations for both parties.
