Common use of Ulthera System Training Clause in Contracts

Ulthera System Training. Purchase or rental of an Ulthera System includes three (3) days of training (up to six hours per training day; limited to two Customer staff members per training day). All such complimentary training is subject to Merz guidelines, which include certain pre-training criteria which Customer must meet, as well as limitations on complimentary transducer use. If Customer receives training as part of its rental agreement and subsequently purchases the System, Customer will not receive additional complimentary training.
