Product Training. If Subscriber is new to the Services, Subscriber’s teachers and staff administering the Services must, at Subscriber’s cost, participate in NWEA introductory product training before testing begins (e.g. MAP Admin Workshop if Subscriber subscribes to MAP Growth or Client Server MAP). Before testing commences, Subscriber shall assign a member of its staff to coordinate the logistics of setting up the training. If Subscriber experiences staff change that affects the administration of the Services, Subscriber shall promptly notify NWEA in writing. NWEA may require Subscriber to send any new staff to introductory NWEA product training.
Product Training. 4.1 During the Term of this Agreement, CCC shall maintain a sufficient staff of trained personnel to adequately support all the requirements set forth in this Agreement.
Product Training. Seco is dedicated to expanding the product and application knowledge of our Distributor partners. Using Seco’s comprehensive STEP program (Seco Technical Education Program), participating Dis- tributors will be guided through sequential pre- sentations on important topics that prepares the student to identify, confront and satisfy most basic and intermediate technical situations that present themselves in the metalworking marketplace. Certified Pro3 Product Specialists Seco acknowledges Distributor sales personnel who have successfully completed the entire STEP se- quence by recognizing them as Seco Certified Pro3 Product Specialists. These individuals will have the skills necessary to excel at identifying and satisfying their customer’s needs. They achieve a heightened level of comfort engaging in the challenges of the metalworking market and become a more valuable member of their own organization as the “go to” person for tooling questions presented from within their organization. To become certified by Seco, individuals must complete the following sequence. • Completion of Seco’s STEP 1 Distributor Training Program • Completion of Seco’s STEP 2 Distributor Training Program • Participation in a training event for employees within the distributor’s organization • Completion of Learning at Seco online courses for product launches Having a Certified Pro3 Product Specialist on staff is a requirement to achieve and maintain GoldStar Distributor Status. In addition, Distributors are encouraged to attract customer personnel to the STEP training oppor- tunities frequently offered to our mutual custom- ers. These renowned courses create a favorable impression and solid entry into even the most difficult accounts. Product Training. IPC shall comply with all requirements established by Forte from time to time for IPCs and IPC Affiliates to be trained and certified in connection with the Promotion and support of the Products. IPC shall be responsible for all expenses in connection with the training and certification of itself and its IPC Affiliates. IPC shall at all times have an appropriate number of fully trained and certified personnel available to assist IPC as it Recommends the Products to customers of Forte. IPC shall comply with all requirements of Forte regarding educating customers in the use and limitations of the Products and familiarizing customers with the information included with the sale and delivery of Products.
Product Training. Info-Hold agrees to provide at no charge, on a one-time basis, two (2) days of PRODUCT training at a location to be selected by NECII. Additional training may be requested by NECII at no charge. However, NECII will pay for traveling, and lodging expenses, as well as $150 per day, for one person. This technical training shall be structured towards training Customer Support personnel employed by NECII.
Product Training. 1. Optional On-site Training: Offerors shall provide on-site training, as requested. The cost for on-site training should be reflected in the Offerors’ cost proposal (Attachment H, Value-Add) as a separate rate.
Product Training. As part of this agreement, all employees agree to participate in ongoing training and development activities. Urgency for such training cannot be over-emphasised, as an overall part of warehouse employee’s job description and needs.
Product Training. Nationwide is responsible for any Product training for the Agents.
Product Training. Product Documentation: All product documentation, manuals, and specifications must be provided at no additional cost. Web/Video Training: Contractor must provide online or multimedia training at no additional cost.
Product Training. THERMO shall provide Product training for Distributor’s product managers and field application specialists on an as-needed basis to enable Distributor to promote the sale of Product and to perform post-sale customer training, technical assistance and support for its Customers. Such Product training shall be conducted, at mutually agreed upon times and locations requested by Distributor and agreed upon by THERMO, and will be free of charge, provided, however, that Distributor shall be responsible for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with such Product training, including travel, airfare and lodging expenses incurred by Distributor’s personnel while attending such training. In the case that THERMO provides training at Distributor’s or a Customer’s facilities in the Territory at Distributor’s request, Distributor will be responsible for all costs incurred in connection with such training (to be charged on a day-by-day basis), and including the reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by THERMO in sending a training representative to the Distributor’s or Customer’s facilities in Territory. In addition, THERMO will provide Product updates and service bulletins as they become available.
