Common use of Ulthera System Training Clause in Contracts

Ulthera System Training. Purchase of an Ulthera System includes one (1) day of hands-on in-office training (up to six hours on such day), which training is limited to two Customer staff members. Merz will also make available a minimum of six hours of additional training, which training will be open to all Customer staff members and may include a combination of self-paced modules, in office didactic and business development, and live WebEx events. All such complimentary training is subject to Merz guidelines, which include certain pre-training criteria which Customer must meet, as well as limitations on complimentary transducer use.
