Unacceptable Items for Deposit. You understand and agree that you will not use Mobile Deposit to deposit the following items:
Unacceptable Items for Deposit. You agree that you will not use Mobile Deposit to scan and deposit the following items:  Any check drawn on your personal account in which the deposit is being made;  Any check that is made payable to another party and then endorsed to you by such party;  Any check that appears to contain altered information;  Any check payable jointly, unless deposited into an account in the name of all payees;  Any check previously converted to a substitute check, as defined in Reg. CC;  Any check drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States or is written in an amount in non U.S. currency;  Any check that is a remotely created check, as defined in Reg. CC;  Any check dated more than 6 months prior to the date of deposit;  Any check with “non-negotiable,” “void,” or other word or phrase indicating that the check is not valid (whether stamped in print or as a watermark);  Any check that is incomplete;  Any check that has been re-deposited or returned such as “non-sufficient funds” or refer-to-maker” or returned for any other reason;  Any check that has previously been negotiated or deposited into any account at Via Credit Union or any other financial institution;  Any check that has previously been submitted for deposit and subsequently rejected by us;  Any check on which a stop payment order has been issued or for which there are insufficient funds;  Money Orders;  Traveler’s Checks;  Insurance drafts;  Credit card cash advance checks; and  Savings Bonds. Deposits of this nature will result in the termination of Mobile Deposit and an immediate reversal of the credit to your Account. A reversal means the amount of the item(s) deposited will be removed from your Account and will reduce your Account balance. The reversal may also result in a negative balance in your Account.
Unacceptable Items for Deposit. You understand and agree that you will not use Mobile Deposit to deposit the following items: ● Any third-party check (any item that is made payable to another party and then endorsed to you by such party). ● Any check drawn or otherwise issued by you or any other person on any of your accounts or any account on which you are an authorized signer or joint account holder with TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. ● Any check that contains evidence of alteration to the information on the check. ● Any check or item previously converted to a substitute check, as defined in Regulation CC. ● Any check drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States. ● Any check or item not payable in United States currency. ● Any check dated more than 6 months prior to the date of deposit. ● Any check that has been re-deposited or returned such as “non-sufficient funds” or “refer to maker” or returned for any other reason. ● Any remotely created checks, as defined in Regulation CC. ● Any check or item prohibited by our current procedures relating to Mobile Deposit or which are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your account.
Unacceptable Items for Deposit. You understand and agree that you will not deposit the following items using Mobile Deposit:  Any item previously negotiated or “cashed” at another financial institution or other SFFCU location or deposit channel causing the same drawer’s account to be debited twice.  Any third party check, i.e., any item that is made payable to another party and then endorsed to you by said party.  Any item drawn on the same account that you are depositing to.  Any item that contains evidence of alteration to the information on the check, or which you know or suspect is fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account.  Any item that is “non-negotiable” (whether stamped in print or as a watermark).  Any check previously converted to a “substitute check,” as defined in Regulation CC.  Any item issued to you by a financial institution in a foreign country or not payable in U.S. currency.  Any item that is “stale dated” more than six (6) months prior to deposit.  Any item that is “postdated” after the date of deposit.  Any item that is incomplete.  Any item that has been re-deposited or returned such as “non-sufficient funds” or “refer to maker” or returned for any other reason.  Any item on which a stop payment order has been issued or to which there are “non-sufficient funds”.  Cash.  Savings Bonds. Deposits of this nature may result in immediate termination of Mobile Deposit and an immediate reversal of the transaction or credit to your account. A reversal means the amount of the item(s) deposited will be removed from your account and will reduce your account balance. The reversal may also result in a negative balance in your account and applicable fees may be applied.

Any third party check or item, i.e., any item that is made payable to another party and then endorsed to you by such party b. Any check or items drawn on your account that you are depositing to that same account c. Any check or item that contains evidence of alteration to any of the fields on the front of the check or which you know or suspect are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check or item is drawn d. Any check or item issued to you by a financial institution in a foreign country g. Any check or items not payable in U.S. currency h.
