Common use of UNAPPROVED PERSONAL LEAVE Clause in Contracts

UNAPPROVED PERSONAL LEAVE. An employee not at work must be in an approved leave status. When an employee is absent from work, has not arranged to be on official leave, disciplinary action up to, and including termination may occur. Unapproved leave will be unpaid or charged to accrued vacation at the supervisor’s discretion and approval from Human Resources.
