Uncoupling on the route. 4.1. In cases where a wagon with containers is uncoupled en route, the railway carrier shall inform the container train organizer (payer) and the next railway carrier within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed, and using the email address indicated in Annex 2 to these Rules, of the reduction in the length of the container train en route, specifying the train number, station of the uncoupling, reasons for the uncoupling, the numbers of the uncoupled wagons and containers, and completes a written report of the uncoupling using the generally accepted report format. 4.2. A container train from which a wagon (or wagons) with containers has been uncoupled for reasons over which the carrier has no control shall not be deemed broken up en route; and such a train shall proceed to the station of destination under the unchanged terms and conditions set for that container train if not more than two (2) physical wagons have been uncoupled from it. After the factors that caused the uncoupling of the wagons from a container train have been eliminated and the wagons continue their travel as part of a freight train (other than a container train), the carrier shall cross out the xxxx “Container train” in box 64 of the SMGS consignment note at the station of the uncoupled wagons’ departure. A container train from which a wagon (or wagons) with a container (or containers) has been uncoupled for reasons over which the carrier does have control shall not be deemed broken up en route; and such a train shall proceed to the station of destination under the unchanged terms and conditions set for that container train irrespective of the number of containers uncoupled from it. After the flaw has been rectified, the wagons with containers that were uncoupled from a container train for reasons under control of the carrier shall continue their travel with the attribute “Container train” preserved.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4. 5.7.2 BellSouth shall make available the following channelization systems and interfaces: 5.7.2.1 DS1 Channelization System: channelizes a DS1 signal into a maximum of twenty- four (24)

  • Deactivation Computershare applications shall automatically deactivate a User ID after a specified number of unsuccessful log-in attempts. Sessions must be restricted or timed out after a defined period of inactivity and require Users to re-authenticate. User IDs for Computershare Personnel with access to Customer Confidential Information shall be deactivated immediately upon changes in job responsibilities that render such access unnecessary, or upon termination of employment.

  • Loading on Annual Leave During a period of annual leave an Employee covered by this clause shall receive a loading of 22.5% calculated on the all-purpose rate of wage prescribed by Appendix A, clause 2.3 of this Agreement.

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest ‌ (a) When a paid holiday falls on a regular full-time employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu of the holiday. (b) If a regular full-time employee is called in to work on the day designated as the lieu day pursuant to (a) above, he/she shall be compensated at time and one-half for all hours worked.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Activation We will notify the Xxxxxx of your request to receive electronic billing information. The presentment of your first electronic bill may vary from Xxxxxx to Xxxxxx and may take up to sixty (60) days, depending on the billing cycle of each Xxxxxx. While your electronic bill feature is being activated it is your responsibility to keep your accounts current. Each electronic Xxxxxx reserves the right to accept or deny your request to receive electronic bills.

  • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.
