UNDEFINED WORK. A. Work required to remove elements or items not covered by previously established unit rates, that is not clearly incidental to items covered by unit rates, and is necessary to complete work on specific properties as agreed by PCCA and the Contractor will, be completed on a time and materials basis using the previously established equipment and labor rates. B. Labor and Equipment costs for time and materials work will be tracked documented, and agreed upon by the Contractor’s Project Manager or site Superintendent and PCCA’s Representative at the end of each day that such work is performed.

  • Construction; Certain Defined Terms (a) The definitions of terms herein shall apply equally to the singular and plural forms of the terms defined. (b) As used in this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings specified below:
