Undeliverable mail. The Claims Administrator will promptly log each long-form notice that is returned as undeliverable and make the log available to Lead Counsel and Plycem. The Claims Administrator will take reasonable steps to update undeliverable addresses, including the National Change of Address Database or other reasonable means, and send a second copy of the long-form notice. If any long-form notice is returned as undeliverable a second time, no further mailing is required.

Undeliverable mail. If a Notice is returned as undeliverable with a forwarding address provided by the United States Postal Service, the Settlement Administrator will promptly resend the Notice to that forwarding address. If a Notice is returned as undeliverable and without a forwarding address, the Settlement Administrator shall perform one skip trace only. If it obtains a more recent address, the Settlement Administrator shall resend the Notice. The Settlement Administrator shall also mail, or email if applicable, a Notice to any Settlement Class Member who contacts the Settlement Administrator or one of the Parties and requests a Notice.

The Supplier shall create and actively progress in conjunction with the Contracting Body a robust implementation plan to include: Production of training materials and communications for the Contracting Body’s post room/mail production staff regarding the processes that need to be followed prior to the collection of mail by the Supplier Delivery of training materials and communications to the Contracting Body’s post room/mail production staff in readiness for go live Delivery of all consumables/equipment needed to deliver the service in readiness for go live Confirmation of references needed on envelopes (to enable the return of undeliverable mail) back to the Contracting Body Confirmation of both the necessary indicia for the service and the ability to print them on the Contracting Body’s mail after collection. Ensuring all Suppliers staff (that will be involved in the delivery of the service) are aware of the Contracting Body’s requirements for the service and will be ready for go live. Achievement of the contract commencement date of the 2nd of March.
Undeliverable mail. Undeliverable mail shall be returned to the Contracting Body. Items will be returned to the Supplier in the UK via a reverse of the outbound mailing system. Once with the Supplier in the UK the undeliverable mail will be delivered back to the specified Contracting Body return addresses.

  • Transmission Delivery Service Implications Under ER Interconnection Service, Interconnection Customer will be eligible to inject power from the Generating Facility into and deliver power across the Transmission System on an “as available” basis up to the amount of MW identified in the applicable stability and steady state studies to the extent the upgrades initially required to qualify for ER Interconnection Service have been constructed. After that date FERC makes effective MISO’s Energy Market Tariff filed in Docket No. ER04-691-000, Interconnection Customer may place a bid to sell into the market up to the maximum identified Generating Facility output, subject to any conditions specified in the Interconnection Service approval, and the Generating Facility will be dispatched to the extent the Interconnection Customer’s bid clears. In all other instances, no transmission or other delivery service from the Generating Facility is assured, but Interconnection Customer may obtain Point-To-Point Transmission Service, Network Integration Transmission Service or be used for secondary network transmission service, pursuant to the Tariff, up to the maximum output identified in the stability and steady state studies. In those instances, in order for Interconnection Customer to obtain the right to deliver or inject energy beyond the Point of Interconnection or to improve its ability to do so, transmission delivery service must be obtained pursuant to the provisions of the Tariff. The Interconnection Customer’s ability to inject its Generating Facility output beyond the Point of Interconnection, therefore, will depend on the existing capacity of the Transmission or Distribution System as applicable, at such time as a Transmission Service request is made that would accommodate such delivery. The provision of Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service or Network Integration Transmission Service may require the construction of additional Network or Distribution Upgrades.
