Underground Lines. Contractor is solely responsible to contact the Blue Stake Service for a staked location of all underground utilities prior to starting the Work, if necessary. Contractor is solely responsible for all costs for correction and associated delay in connection with repair of all utilities, marked or unmarked, damaged by it during performance of the Work, except to the extent the costs are covered by SHPIP.
