Common use of Unemployment Clause in Contracts

Unemployment. If a teacher is laid off as of the end of one school year and is subsequently called back prior to the beginning of the next school year, the Teacher shall repay to the District any monies received for unemployment benefits from the state less federal taxes deducted. The re-payment shall be received in the same calendar year with the repayment spread over no more than four (4) pay periods.
