Employees working the first (day) shift shall notify the Staffing Office or their Supervisor at least two hours in advance of the scheduled shift if unable to report for duty as scheduled. Employees working the second (evening) shift and third (night) shift shall notify the Staffing Office or their Supervisor at least two (2) hours in advance of the scheduled shift if unable to report for duty as scheduled.
