Ungulate Control Efforts. Pūlama Lānaʻi will spend a portion of its LNRP Funds, as appropriate, each year during the Term of this MOU on ungulate control on the Island of Lānaʻi. Priority shall be given to ungulate removal within the Existing Lānaʻihale Fences, and future fenced areas. Ungulate removal and control efforts for the purpose of enhancing conservation may also be directed elsewhere on the Island of Lānaʻi as identified in the LNRP. Within fences managed by Pūlama Lānaʻi, the goal is ungulate eradication. Pūlama Lānaʻi will spend a portion of its LNRP Funds to control ungulates within the Existing Lānaʻihale Fences, the Core Cluster Fencing, and any other fences constructed by Pūlama Lānaʻi pursuant to this MOU (specifically not including any Increment 3 Fence) at a level sufficient to provide more protection to threatened or endangered species than would occur without the fences.

  • Dangerous Goods, Special Wastes, Pesticides and Harmful Substances Where employees are required to work with or are exposed to any dangerous good, special waste, pesticide or harmful substance, the Employer shall ensure that the employees are adequately trained in the identification, safe handling, use, storage, and/or disposal of same.

  • Erosion and Sediment Control The Contractor shall install and maintain erosion and sediment control devices to prevent adjacent streets, storm drains and property from accumulations of soil, sediment, or dust which result from his work. Devices installed to control sediment and prevent erosion shall comply with the requirements of the Georgia Tech Project Superintendent. The Contractor is responsible for monitoring downstream conditions throughout the construction period and clearing any debris, sediment, and dust caused by the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall inspect, maintain, and clear erosion and sediment control devices at least weekly unless otherwise directed by the Georgia Institute of Technology Construction Manager. At the conclusion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all installed devices and restoring the site to the satisfaction of the Georgia Tech Construction Manager.

  • AGREEMENT FLEXIBILITY 7.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an employer and an individual employee may agree to vary the application of certain terms of this agreement to meet the genuine individual needs of the employer and the individual employee. The terms the employer and the individual employee may agree to vary the application of are those concerning:

  • Labour Flexibility (i) An employer may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are reasonable and within the limits of the employee's skill, competence and training consistent with employee's classification, grouping and/or career stream provided that such duties are not designed to promote deskilling.

On side slopes greater than 45%, all waste material must be end hauled or pushed to the designated embankment sites and waste areas identified in Clause 0-00 XXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX.

The requirements of each position will be documented by a Position Description developed by reference to the Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ), and classified into a salary grade consistent with the Position Description and classifications for corresponding job duties found throughout the USNH System and according to USNH policy and processed by the KSC Office of Human Resources.
