Uniform and Equipment Reimbursement. Gancasz is expected to regularly wear a police uniform. Gancasz shall be reimbursed up to a total of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) per year for the purchase, care, and cleaning of uniform and non-uniform business attire.

Uniform and Equipment Reimbursement. §1. The City shall provide upon initial employment each employee with no less than four sets of daily uniforms, jacket(s) as needed, belt as needed, equipment carrying bag as needed and rain gear as needed. After one year of employment and by the end of the second year of employment, the City shall maintain a supply of no less than eight uniforms per employee for the duration of their full-time employment in the position of Emergency Medical Technician.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.
