Uninsured Adults with Mental Illness. Effective January 1, 2014 through April 30, 2014, expenditures for a state-funded program that provides a limited benefit package of supplemental services for uninsured adults with mental illness and or substance abuse problems with incomes below 200 percent of the FPL. Effective May 1, 2014, expenditures for a state-funded program that provides a limited benefit package of supplemental services for uninsured adults with mental illness and or substance abuse problems with incomes above 133 percent of the FPL and below 200 percent of the FPL who are ineligible for Medicaid.

  • Adverse Weather Shall be only weather that satisfies all of the following conditions: (1) unusually severe precipitation, sleet, snow, hail, or extreme temperature or air conditions in excess of the norm for the location and time of year it occurred based on the closest weather station data averaged over the past five years, (2) that is unanticipated and would cause unsafe work conditions and/or is unsuitable for scheduled work that should not be performed during inclement weather (i.e., exterior finishes), and (3) at the Project.

  • Reasonable Accommodation for Applicants / Employees with Disabilities The contractor must be familiar with the requirements for and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all rules and regulations established there under.
