Common use of UNION ACTIVITIES LEAVE Clause in Contracts

UNION ACTIVITIES LEAVE. SECTION 13.1 The three (3) members of the Union Negotiating Committee shall be granted leave from duty with full pay for all meetings between the Town and the Union for the purposes of negotiating the terms of Agreement when such meetings take place at a time during which such members are scheduled to be on duty.
