Common use of UNION-MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATIONS Clause in Contracts

UNION-MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATIONS. 18.01 All communications to an employee involving any of the following shall be in writing and copied to the Union District Chair: leaves of absence; letters of expectation; alterations to scheduled shifts; scheduled shift start times and scheduled days on/days off; assignments under Article 8.01.03; xxxxxx; recall; furlough; change of classification and/or function; Off-Duty Status; promotion; demotion; and termination. Additionally, all correspondence under Article 15 and Article 16 shall be copied to the District Chair and the Union at the Headquarters level.
