Common use of Union Members At Time Agreement is Effective Clause in Contracts

Union Members At Time Agreement is Effective. Employees covered by this Agreement at the time it becomes effective and who are members of the Union at the time shall be required, as a condition of continued employment, to continue membership in the union or pay a representation fee to the Union equal to dues and initiation fees required for membership commencing thirty (30) days after the effective date of this Agreement. Such condition shall be required for the duration of the Agreement.
