Union Recognition - The Company recognizes. the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all Cabin Personnel employed by Air Canada, in accordance with the certification issued by the Canadian Industrial Relations Board to CUPE to represent all cabin personnel at Air Canada under the provisions of the Canada Labour Code.
