I - RECOGNITION. The District recognizes the American Federation of Teachers Guild, Local 1931, AFL- CIO (“AFT Guild”), as the exclusive representative of unit members in the Office/Technical Unit of the San Diego Community College District in San Diego County in accordance with the certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Board November 17, 1998, Case No. LA-DP-318 pursuant to a Board-conducted secret ballot election, and as the exclusive representative of unit members in the Food Services Unit of the San Diego Community College District in San Diego County in accordance with the certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Board November 17, 1998, Case No. LA-DP-319 pursuant to a Board-conducted secret ballot election, and as the exclusive representative of unit members in the Maintenance & Operations Unit of the San Diego Community College District in San Diego County in accordance with the certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Board January 6, 2009, Case No. LA-DP-366-E pursuant to a Board-conducted secret ballot election.
I - RECOGNITION. 2 1.1 The District recognizes the CEA as the sole and exclusive representative of the District's 3 teachers with respect to wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment for all teachers 4 included in the bargaining unit.

I - RECOGNITION. 5 The BOARD hereby recognizes the Westwood Education Association (ASSOCIATION), an affiliate of the 6 Iowa State Education Association and the National Education Association as the certified, exclusive and sole 8 Instrument (Case No. 572) issued by the Public Employment Relations Board on the 8th day of March, 1976. The 9 unit described in such certification is as follows: 10 All full-time and regularly scheduled part-time professionally certified employees employed as 11 classroom teachers, special education instructors, remedial, resource room, industrial arts, 12 vocational agriculture, homemaking, business education, or other teachers not specially described.
I - RECOGNITION. The Articles and provisions contained herein constitute a bilateral and binding agreement ("Agreement") by and between the Board of Trustees of the San Diego Community College District ("Board") and the Navy Technical Training Program, San Diego ("AFT"), an employee organization. The signatories shall be the President of the District Board of Trustees and President of the AFT. The District recognizes the AFT Guild, Local 1931 as the exclusive representative of Navy Technical Training Program instructors of the San Diego Community College District in accordance with the certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Board dated July 27, 2005, Case No. LA-DP-349-E, pursuant to a Board-conducted secret ballot election.
I - RECOGNITION. In regards to matters relating to terms and conditions of this agreement, the Ketchikan Gateway Borough School District Board of Education recognizes the Ketchikan Education Association as the exclusive representative of all permanent District paraprofessionals, cooks and custodians excluding, however, all substitutes, those employed on a temporary basis, and all supervisory employees.
I - RECOGNITION. It is agreed that the following category of employees will be recognized for the three year period of the Agreement - Head Custodians, Cafeteria Managers (10 months and 12 months) and Head Groundskeepers. Excluding substitutes, per diem employees and all other employees.

RECOGNITION - The Xxxxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx City School Board of Education, hereinafter called the "Board" or "Employer", recognizes the Xxxxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx Classified Professionals, hereinafter called the "Association", an affiliate of the Ohio Education Association (OEA) and the National Education Association (NEA), as the sole and exclusive representative of the bargaining unit. Such recognition shall be in effect unless the bargaining representative is decertified or a competing organization is selected to represent the bargaining unit, as provided for by law. WECP and 6 are free, provided Chapter 4117 is followed, to create an umbrella organization if they desire. However, the Board's recognition, in this and the WETA Agreement, is of those entities as the bargaining representative, and not WEUP. Further, the privileges extended to the President of the Association under this agreement are just those, extended to the President of the Association and not the President of WEUP.
I - RECOGNITION. The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative for a bargaining unit including all employees of the Board of Education in positions requiring a teaching or special services certificate or a Durational Shortage Area Permit (DSAP) below the rank of vice principal, excluding temporary substitutes and other employees excluded under the provisions of the Teacher Negotiation Act, Conn. Gen. Stat. 10-153a et seq. The Association accepts such recognition and agrees to represent all teachers equally.
I - RECOGNITION. The Board hereby recognizes the Michigan Education Support Professionals Association (MESPA I)and the Michigan Education Association as the exclusive representatives for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the MESPA I bargaining unit. The MESPA I bargaining unit shall consist of: All full-time and regularly scheduled part-time bus drivers, mechanics, custodians, cooks, district maintenance.
I - RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes Local No. 73, Service Employees International Union, Change to Win (CTW), as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all custodial, grounds and maintenance employees, excluding the Director of Building, Grounds, and Transportation, Maintenance, Custodial Foremen and other supervisory and managerial employees as defined under Section 2 5 ILCS 315 of the Illinois Labor Relations Act.
