I - RECOGNITION. The Articles and provisions contained herein constitute a bilateral and binding agreement ("Agreement") by and between the Board of Trustees of the San Diego Community College District ("Board") and the Navy Technical Training Program, San Diego ("AFT"), an employee organization.
