Union Release for Negotiations. Notwithstanding L17.00 ii), the Board shall grant release to the Union’s Collective Bargaining Committee for the preparation and negotiations of a new collective agreement. The Union shall reimburse the Board at the occasional Teacher rate for the members’ release.
