Common use of Union Representative Pay Clause in Contracts

Union Representative Pay. Any Union representative, other than those full-time, conferring with management will be compensated for that time by Bath Iron Works at his their* base hourly wage rate. BIW will determine whether this time will be charged to direct or to overhead. Union representatives present at any formal step of the grievance process will be paid by the Company, in accordance with Article 24.
