Common use of UNION REPRESENTATIVES & JOB STEWARDS Clause in Contracts

UNION REPRESENTATIVES & JOB STEWARDS. 12.1 The Authorized and Credentialed Representatives of the Union having jurisdiction over the work covered by this Agreement shall be allowed admission to any job at any time for the purpose of investigating conditions on the job; provided, however, that they shall give notice to the office or superintendent of the job.
