UNION RIGHTS AND ACTIVITY. 8:01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint, elect or otherwise select bargaining unit employees to represent the employees as Union Representatives, to assist employees in the processing of grievances in accordance with the provisions of this collective agreement and to perform other union-related duties, as provided for under this collective agreement.
