Union Rights. 5.01 The Board agrees that no Member shall be disciplined, demoted or discharged without just cause. Where the Board deems that a suspension is to be imposed, such suspension must be for a stated, definite reason(s).
A. 5.02 The ATU, through its representatives, shall have Board recognizes the right of OSSTF to represent a Member at any meeting when the conduct or competence of the Teacher is being considered.
5.02.1 A Member will be informed of the right to transact official ATU business relevant request representation prior to employees any meeting which involves or may lead to disciplinary action.
5.03 The Board recognizes that the Teachers in its employ have right of access to their personnel file in the Board’s Human Resources Department during regular working hours to examine the contents of their file in the presence of a Human Resources staff person.
5.03.1 A Member will be provided a copy of any written appraisal put in the Teacher’s file and will be allowed to add comments prior to filing.
5.03.2 If there is a dispute as to the accuracy of any material on School District property at all reasonable timesfile, said dispute may be the subject of a grievance.
5.03.3 Documents contained in a Member’s file that are of a disciplinary nature will be destroyed by shredding after two (2) years provided that it shall not interfere with or interrupt classes or other normal School District operations. Such rooms or other appropriate meeting facilities shall be made available for ATU use as requested without charge to there has been no subsequent disciplinary action of the ATU, except that the Board may make reasonable charge when special service is required beyond normal operational practicesame kind.

F. 5.05 The Board shall make available every effort to provide a confidential meeting area in each work location for Union business.
5.06 The Board agrees to acquaint new Members with the ATU upon written request to the Human Resources Department any and all reasonably available information, statistics and records which are relevant to negotiations or necessary for the proper enforcement fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect so that these Members can be advised of the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.
5.07 Any information regarding the status of this Agreement. Any request that requires a Member which can be made available, any information or material that which is not readily available shall public information because it has been part of a Board report in public session, and any information regarding teacher salaries and insured benefits will be provided to the union Bargaining Unit upon written request.
5.08 The Board shall assign or reassign duties to Members elected or appointed as Bargaining Unit delegates or representatives to permit attendance at a Bargaining Unit meeting. The Bargaining Unit shall reimburse the Board for the cost of production of that materiala supply teacher, if a supply teacher is required and assigned.
G. Copies 5.09 Teacher Application and Acceptance of written work rules Position blank forms used for all Members who are subject to this Agreement shall be accessible to the President of District 10, OSSTF.
5.10 The Board and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint or coercion exercised or practised upon any Member because of Union membership.
5.11 The Union shall be allowed to carry out Union business on the Board's premises including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, Membership meetings, executive meetings, and conferences between Union representatives and Members at times other than the Members’ scheduled instructional time.
5.12 The Board shall not discipline in any way a Member for reporting an incidence of misfeasance, malfeasance, fraud or any other action/inaction on the part of the Board which are applicable is believed to be detrimental to the students and/or the employees.
5.13 The Board shall provide a classification copy of employees and issued by supervision each Member’s corrected profile sheet on or about October 31, for the information of the Bargaining Unit. Newly hired Members’ profile sheets will be forwarded to the Bargaining Unit within thirty (30) days.
5.14 The Board shall forward to the District President no later than ten (10) working days after the execution start of this Agreementschool each semester the following information by school: a staff list showing names, for which failure to comply may result in discipline addresses, and phone numbers of an employee, shall be emailed to ATU or sent by US mail to the ATU local office and ATU executive board officer five (5) days prior to being posted or provided to the employees and their affiliated ATU union. The District shall send to the ATU by US Mail or email any draft changes to the Bus Driversall Members; all teachers’ Handbook and Procedures Manual by July 1. Upon employment or re-employment, a driver shall be given timetables; all class sizes; each school’s pupil/teacher ratio; each school’s average class size; a copy of the Bus Drivers’ Handbook, school’s duty schedule including minutes scheduled; and any other information determined by the current collective bargaining agreement, and the Oregon Pupil Transportation ManualSecondary Staffing Committee.
H. 5.15 The ATU shall reimburse Board will inform the District for the salary and benefit costs Union of any employee released from their work assignment changes made to conduct business on behalf its policies and regulations or the introduction of the ATU excluding business conducted with the Districtnew policies and regulations.

A. The ATUPursuant to Public Laws of 1974, through its representativesChapter 123 of the State of New Jersey, the Board hereby agrees that Unit members shall have the right to freely organize, join and support the Association for the purpose of engaging in collective negotiations over grievances, terms and conditions of employment, and activities for mutual aid and protection. As a duly appointed body exercising powers granted under the laws of the State of New Jersey, the Board undertakes and agrees that it will not directly or indirectly deprive, discourage, coerce or harass any Union member in the enjoyment of any rights conferred by the Act or other laws of New Jersey or the Constitutions of New Jersey and of the United States, that it will not discriminate against any Unit member with respect to hours, wages or any terms or conditions of employment by reason of his membership in the Union, his participation in any activities of the Union or collective negotiations with the Board or his institution of any grievance, complaint or proceeding under this Agreement.
B. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to deny or restrict to any Unit member, rights he may have under the General School laws of the State of New Jersey applicable to Camden County College, or other applicable laws and regulations. The rights granted to Union members hereunder shall be deemed to be in addition to those provided elsewhere.
C. Duly authorized officers and representatives of the Union shall be permitted to transact official ATU Union business relevant to employees on School District College property at all reasonable times, provided . Reasonable time shall be defined as that it shall period which does not interfere with the operation of the College or interrupt classes or other normal School District operations. Such rooms or other appropriate meeting facilities shall be made available for ATU use as requested without charge to the ATU, except that the Board may make reasonable charge when special service is required beyond normal operational practiceperformance of their regular duties.

Section 3 The University shall provide the Union with a list of new Part- Time Bargaining Unit Faculty Members including each Part-Time Bargaining Unit Faculty Member's name, department, office, work phone, home phone, work email, and rank.
Section 4 The Union shall be provided permitted to post notices pertaining to legitimate and appropriate Union interests on designated University bulletin boards on the same terms and conditions as other campus organizations in accordance with University policies and procedures as they may be amended by the University from time to time. The Union shall monitor the bulletin boards and shall promptly remove inappropriate or outdated material. The Union agrees that it will not post materials derogatory to the union for the cost of production of that materialadministration.
G. D. The ATU Union shall have the right to make non-controversial announcements at employee staff meetings or by use of any existing communication procedures not ordinarily available to studentsstudents including e-mail if appropriate.
E. The ATU Union and its representatives shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of ATU Union business and concern on staff bulletin boards. At least one such bulletin board shall be in each School District building. The ATU Union may use the District mailboxes for communications.
F. The Board District shall make available to the ATU Union upon written ample request to the Human Resources Department Office of the Superintendent any and all reasonably available information, statistics and records which are relevant to negotiations or necessary for the proper enforcement of the terms of this AgreementAgreement including the processing of grievances pursuant to Article 11. Any Should such requests exceed more than two (2) per month, or fifty (50) pages total, the Union shall upon written request, reimburse the District for the costs involved in fulfilling the Union’s request that requires information or material that is not readily available at the loaded hourly rate(s) and the number of hours worked by the person(s) fulfilling the request. Printed and copied documents shall be invoiced at the rate of four cents (4¢) per page. Other materials shall be invoiced at their actual cost to the District. This provision does not apply to, nor include, the periodic lists of bargaining unit members that are provided to the union for the cost of production of that materialUnion.
G. Copies of written work rules which are applicable to a classification of employees and issued by supervision after the execution of this Agreement, for which failure to comply may result in discipline of an employee, shall be emailed to ATU or sent by US mail to the ATU local office and ATU executive board officer five (5) days prior to being posted or provided to the employees and their affiliated ATU unionUnion. The District shall send to parties further agree that the ATU by US Mail or email any draft changes to the Bus Drivers’ Handbook and Procedures Manual by July 1. H. The ATU Union shall provide the District with the names of authorized union stewards and their work locations. A ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be granted time off without loss of pay, for time falling within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ scheduled hours, to represent employees during grievance hearings and investigatory interviews called by supervision.
I. The Union shall reimburse the District for the salary and benefit costs of any employee released from their his/her work assignment to conduct business on behalf of the ATU Union excluding business conducted with the District.
J. Upon request of the Union, the District shall provide an unpaid leave of absence not to exceed two (2) years for a bargaining unit employee to serve as an officer of the Union. Time spent on such leave shall not count toward longevity pay but the employee shall retain his/her promotion eligibility seniority.
K. For the purposes of reviewing labor hour allocations, the Union shall meet twice a year (approximately October 15 and February 15) with the Director of Nutrition Services. General and specific concerns regarding labor allocations shall be addressed during these meetings. Nothing herein shall preclude an employee or the Union, on behalf of an employee, at other times, from bringing a specific urgent concern to the attention of the Director. The decision of the Director regarding labor hour allocations shall be final.
L. Should the District wish to change or add a job classification, it shall first meet with representatives of the Union for the purpose of determining the salary range.
M. The Union shall appoint three (3) Nutrition Services employees as part of a Labor Management Committee to meet with the Director and/or designees for the purpose of discussing issues of concern regarding training and efficiency of operations. Employees so appointed by the Union shall consist of one (1) Food Service Assistant, one (1) Lead Person and one (1) Manager.
