Union Shop/ Condition of Employment. a. All employees covered by the terms of this Agreement shall be required to become and remain members of the Union or pay the appropriate agency fee as a condition of employment from and after the thirty-first (31st) day following the date of their employment or the Effective Date of this Agreement, whichever is later.
