Union to Furnish List of Officials. The Union shall inform the Company in writing 5 of the names of its officials (not more than one (1) council representative per two hundred (200) 6 employees, or major fraction thereof) who are accredited to represent it, which information shall 7 be kept up to date at all times. Only persons so designated will be accepted by the Company as 8 representatives of the Union. If the geographical dispersion of represented employees in parts of 9 the Wichita facility leads to an inordinate amount of in-plant travel by a counsel representative, the 10 Company will consider any requests by the Union to designate additional council representatives for 11 these particular areas.
