Union Warranty. The Union warrants and guarantees to the Employer that no provision of this article violates the constitution or laws of either the United States of America or the State of Ohio. Therefore, the Union hereby agrees that it will indemnify and hold the Employer harmless from any claims, actions or proceedings by any employee arising from deductions made by the Employer pursuant to this article. Once the funds are remitted to the Union, their disposition thereafter shall be the sole and exclusive obligation and responsibility of the Union.
Union Warranty. The Union warrants that it represents and will continue to represent during the term of this Agreement for collective bargaining purposes a majority of the employees in the bargaining unit described in Paragraph One (1) above employed by the Theatre.
