Union Witness. An employee who is convened by a representative of the Company to a meeting relating to disciplinary sanctions, must be accompanied by a Union delegate, a member of the Union executive, and in the absence of both of them, any other employee chosen by the employee who is present at the work place.
Union Witness a) No admission signed by an employee for the Employer may be used against him in arbitration proceedings unless such admission was signed in the presence of a Union representative.

30-7.02 Any release requests shall not be unreasonably or arbitrarily denied by the Company.
Union Witness an Employee called by the Union to give evidence before an Industrial Tribunal or in another jurisdiction, shall be granted special leave by TAFE NSW for the required period.
