Work Place. Employees shall be at their work place at the starting time and shall remain at their place of work performing their assigned duties under supervision of the Employer and shall be returned to their vehicle by quitting time. The Employer shall have the right to determine the work place. There will be no organized coffee breaks, rest periods or other non-working time established during working hours. Employees will be afforded coffee breaks at their work place provided that the coffee break does not disrupt job progress. It is agreed and understood that coffee breaks, rest periods or other non-working time will not create a general work stoppage. It is agreed and is the intent of the parties that there be a full day’s work for a fair day’s wage. When working a ten (10) hour shift, Employees shall receive a ten (10) minute unorganized break at their workstation. The break shall be coordinated by the Contractor so not to impede or impact project operations.
Work Place. 1. Employee shall work at one of the Gyeonggi elementary, middle, or high schools.
2. The Employer shall designate the Employee to work at the office of education, training centers or other educational institutes affiliated by Gyeonggi Provincial office of education during the school vacation period. In this case, the Employee shall not claim for any additional pay if the hours of work fall under the regular work hours (8 hours per day) and teaching hours (20 hours during vacation) stated in article 8. 제8조(근무시간)

4. 피고용자의 정규 수업 시간 수가 주당 22시간에 미달하는 경우, 학교장은 피고용자에게 부족시수에 대하여 일반교과수업을 지원하도록 할 수 있다. 5. 고용자는 피고용자에게 초과수업수당을 지급해야 한다. 피고용자는 22시간을 초과할 경우 피고용자는 시간당 20,000원의 수당을 받을 수 있다. 피고용자는 초과수업시간을 기여휴가로 사용할 수 있으며, 1시간의 수업은 휴가 1시간으로 계산되며, 8시간의 초과수업은 평일 근무 하루로 계산된다.

Employees will be guaranteed coffee breaks at their work place, provided that the coffee break does not halt the work of the entire Xxxxxxxxx crew. It is agreed and understood that coffee breaks, rest periods or other non-working time will not create a general work stoppage. It is agreed and is the intent of the parties that there be a full day's work for a fair day's wage. When working an eight (8), or ten (10) hour shift, Employees shall receive a ten (10) minute unorganized break at their workstation at the mid-point of the first half and second half of each shift. The break shall be coordinated by the Contractor and the Union so not to impede or impact project operations.
Work Place. Abu Dhabi - UAE and, The Employee may be transferred to any other branch/location within UAE as per the work needs pursuant to a notification to be submitted to the Employee. The Employee may be delegated on behalf of the Company to different locations and countries if necessary based on mutual consent.

1. The Employee shall work 8 hours a day (excluding lunch time), 5 days a week, and shall not work on Sundays and national holidays. (Each school or institute might have slightly different work hours.)
2. The work hours of the Employee shall be based on the normal commuting schedule of Korean citizens, and may be adjusted by the head of the work place.
3. The number of regular class hours taught by the Employee shall not exceed 22 hours. The head of the work place may require the Employee to teach overtime, and must obtain the Employee’s consent if asking for more than 5 extra hours per week.
4. The Employer must pay the Employee for extra hours taught, and may offer a vacation instead of payment if the Employee wants. In such case, the length of the vacation shall be twice the extra hours taught.
